New Instructor for Thursday Nights

I am pleased to announce that the Thursday night (1815) yoga classes will continue and you will have a new instructor. Please make them feel welcome!

As usual, I will still be teaching the Tuesday night and Saturday morning yoga classes as well as the Wednesday night High Voltage classes.
